The magnificent halls and chambers are used by the Queen for official functions such as gala dinners, New Year levees and audiences.
The rooms are richly decorated with elaborate chandeliers, elegant furniture and works of art.
BjÃ¸rn NÃ¸rgaard's tapestries hang in the Great Hall. The tapestries, which were completed in 2000, tell the story of Denmark's history in a colourful sequence of woven images.
Your ticket will give you access to the Royal Reception Rooms. You will also be able to attend any of the guided tours which take place at 11 am (in Danish), 3 pm (in English) and at 1 pm in the Great Hall where you will be able to see the Queen's tapestries.
